Quality Inn Taos

The hotel itself was wonderful, front desk staff, restaurant staff were great, friendly and courteous. Housekeeping staff really needs to be evaluated and more friendly.

What a great surprise. The rooms were clean and we had a room facing the pool. It was quiet and the service was professional. This was the only hotel, including a hilton in Santa Fe that had a complimentary breakfast that was served at a table and prepared to order. Clean and decent - no choice of breakfast on the weekend and wait staff are all not happy to be there and it shows. If the staff would not be so rude and actually show up to help you at the table, the lines would not be so long. ...read more

Over a good value for the dollar. Room was clean and neat, not thread bear, but a little on the tired side. Could use some renovations and updates in the room. Breakfast was nice, but staff was not the most pleasant. Make sure to get there early, otherwise there may be a wait and less then excited staff. Needs updating, nice hot breakfast, nice to have fridge and microwave in room, dingy, bathrooms need talc and updates.

Very good value. We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was good.
